A tour of discovery which has opportunity to embraces the rich diversity of one of Mongolian most peaceful and enigmatic destinations. Our 3 days journey takes us from the sand dunes and national park of the Khustai and Terelj, through charming green steppes and ancient histories, to the hills, rocks and spectacular scenery of the Central Mongolia.

Day 1: DRIVE TO ELSEN TASARKHAI SAND DUNES

After you picked up in the morning from your hostel or hotel in Ulaanbaatar, we will drive to Elsen Tasarkhai sand dunes which is a semi desert typed beautiful landscape with big sand dunes. We will have our lunch on the way and will be transferred to a next family ger. We are going to have an optional camel riding before dinner. After having dinner we can hike around the sand dunes. We can possibly see the sunset brilliantly in the area. Stay overnight in a ger. (Lunch and Dinner)

Day 2: DRIVE TO TERELJ NATIONAL PARK VIA KHUSTAI NP

After having breakfast in the family, we will drive to another nomadic family in Terelj National. Terelj National Park is one of the national parks of Mongolia. It is connected with Ulaanbaatar by a paved road. The park also has a Buddhist monastery that is open to visitors. During the tour you will have a chance to see a lot of animals such as yaks, sheep, goats and horses hanging out around this National park. The Tuul River flows through the park. The park has interesting formatted rocks, and includes two famous formations named for things they resemble: Turtle Rock and the Old Man Reading a Book. On the way we going to Terelj National Park we will stop over Khustai National Park! Once we got to the Terelj National Park we will have lunch with the host family. We will have free time to wander around the National Park. Stay overnight in a family ger. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Day 3: OPTIONAL HORSEBACK RIDING DAY AND GET BACK TO UB

After having breakfast at the family, we can do some optional horseback riding for couple of hours. On the way back to Ulaanbaatar we will visit Big Chinggis Statue at Tsonjin Boldog. This is the place where Chinggis Khaan had found a golden whip which explained on the legend. A 40m high statue of Chinggis Khaan built on horseback covered by stainless steel and surrounded by 36 columns. The visitors can walk to the head of the horse through chest of the horse, once we get there, we will see a panoramic view of the surrounding area. After visiting Chinggis Statue, we will drive back to Ulaanbaatar and transferred to you accommodation! (Breakfast, Lunch)
